Fun piece from the 90s. Re-released in 2023 as 12"x18" signed prints!

Melrose Avenue was one of L.A.'s hip happening streets in the 80s and 90s. Around the mid 90s I made many trips to Melrose, and one day I created this illustration. I later colored it in Photoshop. A lot of the text and blurbs are from conversations overheard on the street. A lot of others are made up but fit the scene at the time. Lots of humor and topics of conversation back then!

This is a hand-drawn map that is then colored using Photoshop. Artwork is professionally printed using archival paper and ink and signed by the artist Tom Lamb.
